Banana Peach Smoothie

I often play around with smoothie ingredients since smoothies are my go-to breakfast.

Last week, I tried these ingredients together and loved the flavor and smoothness of this combination!

Here is the recipe for my Banana Peach Smoothie:

Ingredients-

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 2 large handfuls of greens

  • 1/2 a frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup of frozen peach slices (or frozen diced)

  • 1/2 an avocado (remove half the flesh from the outer skin)

  • 2 scoops Organic Super Protein powder (check it out here)

  • Optional: 2 drops each of Grapefruit and Tangerine essential oils (I love using Young Living oils…check these out here)

Directions-

Put almond milk in your blender (high speed works great!). Add your greens. Blend until the greens are chopped very small so you can hardly see them. Add banana and peaches. Blend until smooth. Add avocado and blend again until smooth. Add protein powder and essential oils (if using).

Put in a glass, add a straw and enjoy!
