What I've Been Up To


Hello, Lovelies!  

You may have noticed I haven't sent a blog post notice to your email inbox for a while. Don’t worry, I haven’t gone anywhere! 


So, why all the silence?


Well, I’ve actually been working on a lot of exciting things over here! And I’m doing all of this so I can be of even greater service to my clients and subscribers.


Here’s what I’ve been up to:


1. I wrote a book.

Yes, that’s right! In the past few months, I wrote a faith-based book focused on health for women and I'm currently in the process of having it edited. I really wanted to provide you with a handy reference tool that you can turn to with your health questions and also help you step into the greater vision for your life. 

I've sensed a calling to write a book for over ten years and I finally did it!  You’ll receive updates as the book is closer to publication.


2. I re-enrolled in graduate school to complete my Master's in Counseling.


You see, I’m not only interested in your physical health, but also mental, emotional, and spiritual health. This degree is just one more way that I can be of service to my clients and subscribers.


3. I’m putting a big focus on balance in my life.


Yes, I actually practice what I preach to all of you! With the extra time that writing and schoolwork have put on my plate, I’ve reduced a bit of the time I’m spending on blog posts and social media, which gives me more time with family and friends. This is not only a form of self-care, but it also allows me to give more quality time to those closest to me. 


This is what I’ve been up to while I’ve been less visible to you all. Please know that I am still here and would love to support you in any way I can. I’ll keep you posted as these projects continue and please know how grateful I am to be a part of your life and health journey!

I challenge you to consider where you can simply your schedule and where you can include activities that will keep you nourished...mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically.
